Developing resilient unmanned and communication systems for critical operational environments

Resilient Systems for Critical Environments

CYTTA AIR

A U.S.-based platform integrating unmanned systems, communications, and real-time operational technologies

Why This Matters? Why Now?

The advent of Drones has changed the nature of modern military and civilian operations far faster than the technological systems designed to support them. Across defense, border security, critical infrastructure, and civilian market utilization drones have ushered in a ‘sea change’ in how we fight, work and play.  And while first (directly controlled) and second (semi-autonomous) generation modern Drones are now ubiquitous, the next decade will be defined not by standalone platforms, but by fully autonomous robotic systems operating and resiliently communicating, as coordinated infrastructure across defense, security, and civilian environments.

As we have seen, recent real-world conflicts have exposed a fundamental weakness in modern drone systems. The issue is not hardware failure, but the ease of which simple countermeasures can lead to the loss of navigation, communication, and control. When GPS is jammed or spoofed and communication links are disrupted, drones can no longer be reliably operated. They may still be airborne, but they are effectively unusable. This has become one of the most urgent operational challenges facing governments today.
Modern conflict is now driven by drones and unmanned systems, yet the United States remains behind China, Russia, Iran and several other countries in deploying these systems at scale, producing them at lower cost, and operating them

This gap is reinforced by structural dependence on foreign technology. Many of the most widely used and cost-effective drone systems rely on Chinese-built platforms or components, creating a serious security risk. Foreign-controlled hardware and software introduce the possibility of compromise, disruption, or loss of control within U.S. environments, while also exposing critical supply chain vulnerabilities and limiting the availability of cost-effective domestic alternatives. The US move to forcibly remove the threat of Chinese drones from the US Military and civilian marketplace has exacerbated these difficulties.

The former U.S. reliance on foreign-built drone systems and components creates a clear opportunity to establish domestic hardware and software capability across technology, manufacturing, and deployment. Cytta Air is built to solve this at the foundation level.

Why Cytta Air?

The Future of Resilient Autonomous Systems

A unified platform combining proprietary IP, proven systems, and U.S.-based production for next-generation deployment.

Cytta Air owns and controls the critical intellectual property required to build, operate, and scale next-generation unmanned and fully robotic AI integrated systems within a fleet of U.S.-based battle tested and combat proven UAV platforms.
  • Cytta Air expanding beyond simple generation one and two drones into fully autonomous AI controlled systems, mesh-enabled operations, connected counter-UAS technologies, and multi-domain robotic platforms.
  • Demand is accelerating for BlueUAS drones incorporating resilient communication systems, domestic supply chains, and integrated operational capabilities across defense, critical infrastructure and the civilian marketplace
  • Cytta Air brings together several critical technologies, proven battle tested Airframes, proprietary resilient communication systems, integrated countermeasure technologies, and safe and secure U.S.-based production into a unified platform designed to operate in real-world conditions.
Uniting Defense, Safety, and Trust

Core Platform & Technology

The Company integrates:

  • IGAN, a real-time communication, streaming, and collaboration platform that connects all nodes into a unified operational system
  • Proprietary real-time streaming, collaboration, and patented data compression technologies
  • Advanced RF and communications architectures, including patented RF and antenna systems (U.S. Patent No. 8,823,599 and related portfolio)
  • Drone command and control, avionics, and operational software systems
  • Integrated avionics, control, and mission systems
  • Mesh networking and multi-node coordination capabilities
  • Local terrestrial positioning (LTP) technologies designed to operate beyond GPS
  • Advanced integrated countermeasure technologies
These Cytta Air’s proprietary technologies work together to solve the core failure points of modern drone systems.

A suite of advanced proprietary countermeasure technologies designed to be fully integrated with all other capabilities

IGAN serves as the coordination layer across the system, integrating live video, data, and control into a unified operational view. It enables multiple drones and operators to function as a connected network with shared situational awareness

Advanced RF and communications architectures maintain stable command-and-control links in congested or contested environments. Mesh networking enables multiple drones to operate as a coordinated system rather than relying on a single connection point. Local terrestrial positioning (LTP)  provides navigation when GPS is unavailable or compromised.

Integrated avionics and command & control systems ensure real-time responsiveness and mission stability. Proprietary streaming and data technologies enable continuous transmission of video and operational data to operators.

Real time
Together, this architecture ensures that when traditional systems lose connectivity, navigation, or coordination, Cytta Air UAV systems continue to operate — maintaining control, communication, and mission capability in real-world conditions.

U.S. Manufacturing & Blue UAS Alignment

Cytta Air already controls full access to the battlefield-tested and combat proven reference drone systems developed and deployed by our European partners. These drone systems serve as the basis for the immediate US based manufacturing and deployment of fully integrated BlueUAS platforms.

These systems have been validated in real-world conflict environments, including the Ukrainian war, with over 120,000 drones produced and delivered, into the conflict through our European partners.  They have developed, deployed, and continuously refined these platforms in 100’s of thousands of active European combat missions.

These systems were formally submitted into the U.S. S2MARTS Drone Dominance program.

These systems are designed as baseline platforms for manufacturing, integration, and scaling.

Mission-capable quadcopter systems with modular payload architecture

Operational ranges of up to approximately 20 km

Real-time video and telemetry streaming

Integrated communications and control systems

These Include

Cytta Air is bringing these systems into U.S.-based manufacturing. This includes the substitution of foreign components with U.S.-manufactured equivalents, alignment with NDAA-compliant supply chains, and positioning for Blue UAS certification.

Dual Use Platform

Cytta Air is structured as a dual-use platform addressing both defense and civilian markets, including defense operations, border security, infrastructure monitoring, emergency response, public safety, and all civilian industrial applications.

Cytta Air is consolidating intellectual property, battlefield-proven systems, and U.S. manufacturing into a single scalable platform.

This is not a concept – it is an execution opportunity at scale.
